Oil paintings by American artist living in Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val, France

Saint Antonin

This body of work explores in detail the river valley landscapes and medieval towns unique to the Tarn and Garonne region in the South of France.

These landscapes depict the character and light of the area through all seasons, day and night.

In 2012 the artist moved to and currently resides in the town of St Antonin Noble Val.

Jared moved to the port city of Rotterdam, Netherlands, in 2009. This series of work was created over the course of 2 years in varying locations throughout Holland.

These paintings depict the boats and canals iconic of the Dutch landscape and exhibit the harmonious relationship between the light, the water and the colours unique to this region.

This series of works was created at Jareds resident studio in Fort Point, Boston MA, 2006 - 2007

The paintings are an experiment of different materials; enamel, polyurethane medium and oil paints on wood panel. The subject matter explores the dreams and visions of the interior mind and how this interacts with our external reality.
